Feng Wei-bin,received his bachelors degree in medicine from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, after which he began practicing, teaching, and conducting research in the field of integrative medicine. Professor Feng specializes in treating diabetes, endocrine disorders and respiratory diseases. He is currently a chief physician, professor, and state-approved Masters level advisor at the Second Teaching Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine (also known as Guangdong Provincial Hospital of TCM). He also serves as the acting director of the Infection Board of the China Associafion of Traditional Chinese Medicine,acting director of the Zhongjing Specialty Board of the Guangdong Provincial Association of Chinese Medicine, and director of the Editorial Board of Continuing Medical Education.
Fan Guan-jie,a chief physician and state-approved Masfers level advisor. He received his bachelors degree in medicine from Henan University of Chinese Medicine in 1987. From 1993 t0 1998, he studied in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and obtained his masters and doctorate degrees in clinical medicine. From 1998 t0 2001, he practiced af the Center for Post-doctorate Studies of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine and received his post-doctorate degree.
He apprenticed with Professor Lu Ren-he, Professor Xiong Man-qi and Professor Zhang Fa-rong, all of whom are famous diabetes spe*ts in the field of Chinese medicine. Throughout his twenty years of clinical and experimental work, Professor Fan has been continuously conducting research on the pathomechanism of diabetes and chronic concurrent diseases. His achievements have been recognized by many universities both in China and abroad.
