中国是非洲重要的靠前贸易伙伴和外资来源国之一，非洲安全局势对中非经贸合作和中国在非洲利益的影响越来越明显。本报告深人浅出地阐述非洲安全局势现状和导致产生安全问题的原因，探究域外势力如何干涉非洲安全事务，多方位分析非洲安全问题对中非合作产生的的负面影响。本报告认为，保护海外利益需要中国政府、企业和社会各界的共同努力。中国政府要在以往基础上继续强化与非洲的和平与安全合作，合作要符合优选经济、政治安全格局演进，符合中非关系升级需要；符合非洲和平与安全性质的变化；符合中国参与靠前事务理念和方式的转化，同时，本报告也从开展安全风险研究、重视民间公关、确保资金安全、加强企业社会责任履行、加强对保险和法律工具的运用等角度为中国在非洲企业提出了相关建议。
