《汉画总录》是一个意义重大、影响深远的国家级文化抢救和文化建设项目,以照片、拓片、线描及墓葬位置复原图等方式记录汉画图像,对图像的出土地点、年代、尺寸、材质、考古环境、画面内容、图像关系等作全面著录。项目计划正编150册,补遗50册,将通过构建一部完整的汉代图像志,为今后汉画的保存、再现、使用等提供有力的支持和保障,为中国上古晚期的思想、政治、经济、文化研究奠定坚实的基础。作为本学术工程的第二期,《汉画总录》(11—30册)对南阳地区的汉画作了调查、整理、著录,正编范围限于南阳汉画馆所藏南阳及其诸县出土和征集的画像石,其他因客观原因暂未收录的部分,将在补遗卷中与南阳地区的画像砖及其他材质、器物上的图像一并陆续著录。

朱青生:德国海德堡大学博士,北京大学教授,北京大学汉画研究所所长,中国汉画学会副会长。主要学术成果如下:1.专著:《将军门神起源研究》《没有人是艺术家,也没有人不是艺术家》《十九札》等;2.主编:《中国汉画研究》(中国汉画学会 北京大学汉画研究所学刊);3.主持课题:2012年度国家社科基金重大项目“中国汉代图像数据库与《汉画总录》编撰研究”、《汉画综述》等。
凌皆兵:南阳汉画馆馆长,主编《南阳汉代画像石图像资料集锦》,发表《阴阳思想在汉代画像石上的表现》《南阳发现的汉代钱范及相关问题探讨》等论文。
