王强盛,博士,稻渔研究团队负责人,主要从事稻渔综合种养和生态循环农业研究。江苏省稻田绿色种养产业技术创新战略联盟理事长,江苏省农业工程学会种养结合专业委员会主任,江苏省渔业协会小龙虾分会副会长兼秘书长,江苏省稻田综合种养指导专家,承担国家和省部级科研项目30多项,获得省部级科技奖励8项,专著4部,研制省级标准19个,在国内外发表学术论文140多篇。"
